About Me
Hello, I’m Erika. I joined Badgemore Preschool in October 2021. I’m currently doing a Level 3 apprenticeship in Early Years which I am really enjoying. I have had experience with supporting children with additional learning needs and found this extremely rewarding. I’m looking forward to developing my knowledge and skills with SEN so I can support children with additional and complex needs. I enjoy watching and supporting all the children to grow and develop into unique characters. I’m a hardworking, caring, and understanding individual and am always willing to learn new skills and techniques that I can put into practice. I enjoy a challenge! In my free time when I’m not working, I am I season ticket holder for Reading FC, I try and go to as many home-and-away games as possible, and I also enjoy watching Formula.
